Terms of Service

By accessing or using PaxPass, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you use PaxPass on behalf of a company, travel agency, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the service.

PaxPass provides tools for travel agencies and related teams to create, manage, track, amend, and store voucher and tour operations data. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business purposes.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected features except where law permits, or use the platform to store unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or organization workspace. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account has been compromised, is being used in violation of these terms, or creates security or operational risk for PaxPass or other users.

You retain ownership of the business data, documents, and materials you submit to PaxPass. You grant PaxPass the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that data for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to collect, use, and upload all personal data and business records stored in the platform.

If PaxPass offers paid plans, subscriptions, or add-on services, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate commercial agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice where changes materially affect the service.

PaxPass and its related software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and content are owned by PaxPass or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your permitted access period.

No right, title, or interest in PaxPass intellectual property is transferred to you other than the limited right to use the service as expressly described in these terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. PaxPass disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaxPass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

You may stop using PaxPass at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continued access poses legal, security, or operational risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions on ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms, will remain in effect after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PaxPass operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or privacy laws require otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of PaxPass after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
